Teenage Flick ‘Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging’ To Be Available On DVD
Movie lovers, who enjoyed the 2008 movie ‘Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging’ have something to look forward to, as the movie is going to be available on DVD from mid-January this year. Paramount Home Entertainment, which would be releasing the DVD for home viewing, declared recently that the Region 1 DVD release of the British comedy movie would take place on January 19, 2010.
The DVD sales of the teenage flick is expected to become a huge hit, as the movie witnessed its American premiere on Friday on the Nickelodeon network, which received huge viewership. The entertaining tale of a fourteen year old girl, as she dwells with the typical teenage problems of her life, was immensely enjoyed by the viewers.
‘Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging’ is a comedy flick that has been produced and directed by Gurinder Chadha, who is known to have directed well acclaimed movies like ‘Bend It Like Beckham’ and ‘Bride & Prejudice’. The movie is a film adaptation of two popular novels by English author Louise Rennison, ‘Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging’ and ‘It’s OK, I’m Wearing Really Big Knickers’.
